Ingredients
• 1/12 cup uncooked basmati rice
• 1 tabsp lemon
• 4 tabsp lemon
• 2 to 3 green cardamom
• 2 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 1/2 t sp turmeric
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 t sp garam masala
• Salt for taste
Ingredients – For Saboot Masala
• 10 pepper corn
• 2 tsp saunf
• 3 to 4 green cardamom
• 3 to 4 black cardamom
• 4 cloves
• 2 stick cinnamon
• 2 bay leaf
• 1 tabsp lemon
• 4 tabsp lemon
• 2 to 3 green cardamom
• 2 tsp ginger paste
