Chai Glass Salad


Now intimate gathering is part of our all celebration, we want to serve best elegant and mess free food ..
So keeping all these in mind .. bringing salad in chai glass ☕
• Tofu or Paneer grated
• Beetroot boiled and finely chopped
• Pesto sauce
• Tomato
• Olive oil as required
• Salt and pepper powder as required lemon juice

Method :
Ingredients for pesto sauce
• Basil
• Garlic
• Almond, walnuts, pistachio ( anyone)
• Salt
• Lemon juice
• Olive oil
• For pesto sauce mix everything in small blender and blitz

Arrangements for salad
• Take 1 Short Chai Glass, apply olive oil with brush.
• 1st layer tofu add little salt and pepper
• Press very well
• 2nd layer pesto sauce
• 3rd layer boiled beetroot
• 4th layer again tofu press well
• 5th layer finely chopped tomatoes and press very well keep in fridge serve chill
