• 1 Cup Makhana (roasted in 1/2t sp. olive oil for 5 minutes in slow flame)
• 2 tab sp mint chutney
• 1 tab sp sweet chutney
• Pinch of chat masala and salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• For garnish chopped coriander and pomogrante seeds
