Mughlai Paneer
Ingredients
• 400 gm paneer (cut into slices)
• 1 cup fresh curd
• 2 tab sp cream
• 1 tab sp.red chilli powder
• 3 tab sp ghee
• 2 onion cut into slices (keep a side)
• 1/2 tab sp turmeric powder
• 1 tab sp coriander leaves finely chopped
Ingredients – For Paste
• 2 tab sp cashew nuts
• 6 to 8 garlic
• 6 to 8 green chilli
• 1 tab sp poppy seeds
• 1 tab sp chironji
• 1 tab sp cumin seeds
• 1 piece ginger
• 1 tab sp desiccated coconut
• 1 tsp kasuri methi
• 2 stick cinnamon
• 1/4 t sp cardamom powder
